Today I’m writing about an event held by Chino Latinos last Thursday, sorry for the delay in posting, I’ve been working some funky shift patterns so haven’t had too much time to work on the blog!
Chino Latinos is a Pan-Asian restaurant and they were celebrating their 12th birthday here in Nottingham, and sure do they know how to party! The theme was red and black, I wore a red and white polka dot dress with a black shrug to fit into the theme.
It was obvious that Chino Latinos didn’t scrimp on any part of this event as I was impressed by all the detail put into making this a fabulous night. There was a table full of sushi and other nibbles, as well as waiting staff circulating with other bits and pieces.
I have to say of the food that I did try, it was lovely (I’m a very fussy eater!) After all gathering in the welcome hall, we were treated to a traditional Chinese dragon dance which was amazing and even featured him throwing some cabbage.
We were led into the main restaurant by the dragon where we were greeted by unlimited cocktails, lots of food, and a dessert table piled as high and the eye could see. The staff really pulled out all the stops that evening and the inclusion of a free bar was amazing.
The evening only improved from there, there was a DJ, stilt walkers, and firebreathers – boy do they know how to party!
I had such a lovely evening and I really appreciate the generosity shown by Chino Latinos, I enjoyed the evening so much that I was feeling a little worse for wear the following day at work! I would like to thank both Cartwright Communications and Chino Latinos for inviting me to this wonderful event, I will definitely be returning to Chino Latinos with my husband for a full meal.
